Away on business for 10 days so looking forward to working out a lot. I'm thinking a few double sessions and some quality time in the gym. If all goes well and I eat healthy I'd like to be 2-4lbs lighter. My legs will be well rested for the start of this mini training camp.

Consistently updating this blog is just one of many goals I have planned for 2015. The majority of my post will be fitness related as I try to get back to a high level of fitness both in cycling and running. I'm simply fat and out of shape right now. I tip the scale at a solid 193lbs. and honestly it is very embarrassing. I'm going to keep my fitness goals fairly simple for now until I prove to myself over the next couple of months that I can progress and progress quickly.
1. Lose weight....by end of Feb. I should be at 170lbs.
2. Consistent workouts....take only 1 day off each week
3. Diet...six packs are made in the kitchen I've been told.
I have bigger goals come spring and summertime but for now just the 3 goals above matter.
