3 Weeks...

until my bum is chillin in Kauai. But before that happens I have a ton of work to do both on and off the bike. I have three races scheduled before my trip and one being the Colorado State Championship Crit. which is something I dream of winning. It's a bit of a long shot since my major goal is to be in top condition come August but I sure will try and see what happens. I'm pretty much treating the next three weeks like one big huge long training camp with 10 days of R & R in Hawaii. I'll continue to train in Hawaii and then I'll do specific rides to prep me for all the August races. Winning races in August starts now so these 3 weeks are crucial to me. I look forward to some hard rides and lots of miles!!
